IV11188 - Add a Remote queue with local filter fails with 6100-07.

Symptoms - Adding a remote queue with local filter gives error.

Cause - In smit -p option is already used in case of local filter to specify the printer type.

With code change in 61Q -p is used twice in case of local filter.

Workaround - Change -p(small) to -P(capital) in smit screen. Modify the piorlfb file to accept -p option.

Note : Stop the qdaemon before installing the efix.
