Solução
maq01:oratsa 32> cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin
maq01:oratsa 33> ./attachHome.sh

was successful.
Obs: Se a instalação for originada de um restore, edite o script attachHome.sh e altere os SID dos diretórios.
